Our goal is to process every order within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays), and typically orders are processed the same or next day. For our customers convenience we offer Free standard shipping on ALL orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free shipping outside of the Continental United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii please call or email us for shipping rates. We regret that we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Our refusal of delivery policy does NOT apply to items that are clearly damaged during the shipping process. If a package is refused for delivery by the customer, the customer will be responsible for ALL shipping charges incurred by BabyAdventureGear.com. If you were not originally charged for shipping, you will be given a credit less the actual cost to ship the item(s) to you , in addition to the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to BabyAdventureGear.com.

If you need to cancel an order please send an email including the following information: your name, order number, shipping address and description of the item(s) for which you are requesting a cancelation.
Please note: Orders are often processed within 1 business day and it may not be possible to make changes. If the order has already been shipped, you will instead be asked to take advantage of our convenient return policy.

Before an order is actually submitted you are presented with an "Order Review", please review ALL information carefully. However, if you notice an error in you shipping address after you submit an order, please email us immediately using our contact us form. If the package has not left our warehouse, we can easily change the address and update our records. Our website is completely automated which means the shipping address entered into our web site shopping cart is automatically transferred to our shipping labels. Thus, we never manually touch or change any addresses unless we receive special instructions.
Orders Already ShippedIn some instances we may be able to change the address during delivery; however, this is not always possible.
Returned ShipmentsIf by chance, the package is returned to BabyAdventureGear.com, we will contact you to verify the correct address. If we make changes to your original shipping address, and reship the package, we will need to assess your account the appropriate shipping charges.

We glady accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Before returning/exchanging an item, you must obtain a return authorization number by filling out our return/exchange form. Important information is included in the return/exchange form, please read it carefully in order to facilitate a smooth return/exchange process.
We love to offer our customers free shipping, however, in order for us to continue to do so (due to the high cost of shipping merchandise),
we are only able to offer a refund for returned items in the amount of your actual purchase price minus what it cost us to mail the item to you originally.
- Returned item shipping charges are incurred by the customer.
- If you send an item back, we recommend insuring your package and/or purchasing delivery
confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived.
- Returns must be in unopened, unused condition in original packaging with all original documentation included. If any item received has visible signs of use,
wash, etc. or is not within our return policy we will either return the item back
to sender or issue a refund based on assessed value of item.
- If a product has tags attached, please leave the tags attached until you are
sure you want the product.
- Return Authorization numbers (RA) are only valid for 14 days. If we do not
receive your item within this time frame, you must restart the return/exchange process.
- IF TAGS ARE REMOVED FROM THE PRODUCT OR AN RA NUMBER IS NOT CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE
OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, YOU MAY BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
- Any package received without the RA clearly visible on the outside of the package
may be returned to sender. Please be aware if you do not have an RA number listed
on your package and shipped your package to us through a third party (i.e.: UPS
Store, Postal Annex); the package will go back to their address.
- All refunds will be made in the method of original payment.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the time a returned package is received by BabyAdventureGear.com. for a credit to appear on your card statement. We do our best to process refunds within 1-2 weeks of receipt of returned merchandise. However, please note that your banking institution may take another 2
weeks to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from BabyAdventureGear.com.
